EncapSol is a proprietary, environmentally-friendly and non-flammable oil recovery solvent that chemically breaks the molecular bonds that bind hydrocarbon (oil) molecules to water, sand, clay, rock and other materials — leaving them clean and free of oil.
As the valuable oil molecules are freed, the EncapSol solvent fully encapsulates the oil molecules, preventing them from binding to anything, where they remain in the low viscosity EncapSol solution for subsequent extraction and recovery using a proprietary EncapSol Oil Recovery (EOR) machine.
The EOR machines can process various hydrocarbon-containing feed-stock, including oil sands, oil shale and waste oil sludge – producing an end-product that includes saleable crude oil and clean, oil-free sand, clay, rocks, gravel and agricultural brown-water. The Fourth Generation EOR’s recover >99% of the EncapSol solvent for re-use, which in turn provides a cost effective and environmentally friendly solution in comparison to competing processes.
Freestone Resources will form clean energy joint ventures with local energy project developers, investors and industrial market-leaders to build, own, and operate mobile trailer-mounted and fixed-site EncapSol Oil Recovery machines.
These EOR machines will generate clean oil sales revenues, and create clean oil jobs in four distinct oil-recovery markets that can help produce enough oil in America to assist in the reduction of foreign oil imports.
