MSDS

Unlike the various toxic chemicals used by the oil industry, the EncapSol Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) shows that EncapSol is a safe and environmentally-friendly solvent that is non-toxic and non-flammable.

This is the MSDS for the basic EncapSol formulation used to extract oil from oil sands.  EncapSol formulations customized for other feedstock materials, such as oil shale and/or heavy oil, may differ and, if so, require a separate new MSDS to be filed for that specific feedstock.
